Isalean Shake Was Great, and Bill's Paid...More NYKO Tweets

Sitting here in my apartment in the small hamlet of Mountaindale NY having just finished three important tasks, with one left to do...take the bills I wrote out checks for down to the Post Office so that I can stop worrying about that for another month. Have an incredible Isalean chocolate shake for lunch...they are SO TASTY, got in a workout on my stationary bike, and as you all know am tracking the NYKO 2013 event out in Phoenix...so wish I were there. Especially since I am guessing it is a lot warmer there than here.

Living Blogging About NYKO Today...Join In

Everyone in Isagenix is either at NYKO 2013, or wishes they were.  I am in that later group who wishes I were there, but instead am here at home in the tiny hamlet of Mountaindale NY.  Never fear, WONDERDOG IS HERE...with the advent of modern day technology I am combing the world wide web (www) in search of Facebook updates, Tweets from the event, and anything else I can find and putting it all up over at http://isanykolive.blogspot.com/  So, if you are wanting to keep up to date with what is going on at NYKO 2013, have placed a tab at the top of this blog.

Stop By For a New Year's Eve Visit (Happy New Year!...To All My Online Friends)

When I was little there were always friends and family stopping by on this day to bring small gifts, say hello, or sit for a spell and have a drink.   New Year's eve was one of those wonderful fun days where the house was always full of folks.  Got to thinking about it, and thought I would (virtually) open up my house (well, living room) to all my online friends...Facebook, Sokule, Isagenix, Twitter...to stop into my blog for a visit, say hello in the comments section, and enjoy for a few minutes before moving on to visit other friends and head out to parties as we bring in the New Year!
